Painting and coloring

We work to ATEX 2014/34/UE certified painting and to UNI EN ISO 9000.
After a process of phospho-degreasing or sand-blasting, the tanks are placed in special ovens where the epoxy powder coating is applied by means of automatic electrostatic guns.
Once the polymerization of the powder is complete, the product is carefully inspected, checking for any defects. The items are then packed according to the specific needs of each customer.
In addition to the standard RAL 5015 blue color as standard, we can offer a wide range of RAL colors with both smooth and textured treatment.
We can also offer a special anticorrosive primer applied electrostatically to ensure maximum resistance even in harsh environments.

Internal antibacterial painting

A coating of silver ions can be applied to the inside of the tank to provide an antibacterial property to the receiver. It also prevents the growth of mold and fungi.

The material used for this type of treatment is approved by the FDA (USA Food & Drugs Administration), by the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) and registered under the BPD (Biocidal Products Directive – Europe) making it particularly suitable for the medical sector.

Galvanizing & Passivation

The galvanizing process is UNI EN ISO 1461 certified.

The tanks are galvanized both internally and externally by immersing the tank in a molten zinc bath allowing the zinc to bind to the steel.

This process protects the tank against corrosion and increases its resistance to chemical and mechanical stress ensuring the receiver is durable and increasing its service life.

Engineering and Technical Support

The company guarantees not only a complete range of products of the highest quality but can also provide the technical support to produce customer specials including drawings and prototypes.
This technical support includes producing drawings and manufacturing prototypes. All in compliance with current regulations and safety requirements.

Logistics & packaging

A large warehouse of finished products and part finished product are always available to guarantee fast delivery times.

Special pallets and packaging material are used to protect products during transport so goods arrive undamaged.
